Aditi is a veteran journalist with stints at Reuters, The Economic Times, and The CapTable, where she served as the executive editor. She has also seen life on the other side, working at Stellaris Venture Partners, an early-stage venture fund based in Bengaluru. There, she learned how entrepreneurs, startups, and markets are evaluated.

She knows the amount of work and patience required to build a successful business. That appreciation makes her a sharp observer of the startup ecosystem — fair, balanced, and always ready with questions.

Aditi is passionate about increasing female representation in the tech industry. Personally, she doesn’t let scepticism deter her. With The Arc, she wants to show naysayers that a new-media brand can be built and grown.
